As CEO, Zach leads Mineful's business and operational strategy, finance, and fundraising. Zach previously served as Co-Founder & CEO of Paytronage, a fintech marketplace for an equity-based alternative to traditional student loans, which was acquired by Lumni, a multi-national ISA organization. At Lumni, Zach served as the Head of Capital Markets & Investor Relations across 5 countries where he lead fundraising efforts, capital structuring, and internal financial management. Previously, Zach had worked in the intersection of finance and technology for PJT Partners, Technology Crossover Ventures, Charles Schwab, and LPS Integration. Zach graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
As CTO, Steve leads the technical development, software strategy, and structure. Steve has over a decade of experience championing technology startups. As Founder of Beach.io, Steve has worked closely as a CTO managing a team of 60+ developers build products used by 30K developers around the world. Beach products include Nuwe, Forge, Hammer, Anvil, and more. He's previously served as Technical Director of Bright Blue Day Limited, Technical Advisor of Sunspot Games Limited, and founder of Fidgestick Limited.
As Chief Financial Officer for Mineful, Mike leads the strategic financial vision of the company. He focuses on fundraising, crypto management strategy, investor relations, and the company’s financial statements. Mike is a serial fintech entrepreneur and startup advisor. He was CFO and Co-Founder at CommonBond, an online student lending platform where he helped raise over $300M of debt & equity capital. He co-founded the CU Lending Exchange, an enterprise lending technology solution for credit unions, and has advised startups such as Paytronage (acquired by Lumni), Bond.ai, and TrinityVR. He has also worked at large financial services institutions, as Head of Innovation at Group1001 and Vice President at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Mike received an MBA with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, graduated summa cum laude with a BSBA in Finance & International Business from Georgetown University, and is a CFA Charterholder.
As COO, Connor oversees Mineful’s people operations, facilitates day-to-day business activities, and supports long term legal and financial strategy. Connor previously served as Co-Founder & COO of Paytronage, a fintech marketplace for an equity-based alternative to traditional student loans, which was acquired by Lumni, a multi-national ISA organization. At Lumni, Connor served as the Head of Product & Operations across 5 countries at Lumni, leading product integrations, underwriting, and program deployment. Prior to Paytronage, Connor was as a management consultant at A.T.Kearney, a corporate buying analyst at Dick’s Sporting Goods, and as an investment banking analyst at Periculum Capital Company. Connor graduated magna cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
As Head of Strategy, Mike leads the strategic product development and go to market strategy for Mineful. Previously, Mike spent 4 years at Deloitte in their M&A Strategy practice, serving private equity and institutional investors across the FSI, TMT, and C&IP sectors focusing on M&A diligence, go-to-market strategy development, and operating model transformation. Mike was one of the earliest contributors to Mochimo, a Quantum Resistance cryptocurrency, where he focused on corporate partnerships, marketing, and operations. He is a startup Mentor at NYU and was previously a captain in the Israel Defense Forces. Mike received an MBA from Duke Fuqua School of Business.
As Head of Sales, Greg drives all B2B sales and business development initiatives and leads. Greg is a serial founder who previously founded Parking Access, Shuttlefare.com, and Rideskoot, managing the entire front and backend development of each platform, successfully raising capital, running each respective company, and exiting Rideskoot. Additionally, Greg is an active angel investor with investments in various companies including Veenome, which was acquired by Integral Ad Science, Wireless NRG, Blockstack, Unsplach, and more.
As General Counsel, Evan leads Mineful's compliance efforts, licensing, and all policy analysis of the blockchain industry. Before joining Mineful, Evan worked alongside Zach and Connor at Paytronage and served as their Head of Compliance & Counsel. Evan began his legal career as a corporate attorney for Holland & Knight LLP where his practice focused on a mix of venture capital financings, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate work. Evan received his JD from The George Washington University Law School where he graduated with high honors and is a member of the Order of the Coif.
Vasil is an experienced engineer working with C++/C# Windows applications, Swift/Objective-C for Mac Applications. Vasil leads development of the Mineful Client libraries and SDKs as well as our suite of native desktop client applications.
